Shipping policy


We ship orders from Bonati.lv via Omniva — to parcel lockers or by courier (where available).


1) Shipping methods

  • Omniva parcel locker (pickup with a code)
  • Omniva courier (delivery to the address provided)

2) Shipping cost

  • The shipping price is shown at checkout and is calculated according to Omniva rates and the selected method.

3) Dispatch schedule

  • Orders placed at least 2 hours before our daily Omniva handover time (currently 15:00) are usually dispatched the same business day.
  • Orders placed after the handover time are usually dispatched the next business day.
  • Dispatch and delivery may be affected by weekends and public holidays, according to Omniva’s schedule.

4) Delivery time

  • Delivery times follow Omniva’s delivery schedule. In many cases, parcels arrive the next day after dispatch, but this may vary.

5) Tracking & notifications

  • After placing an order, you receive an email confirmation with your order number.
  • For parcel locker deliveries, Omniva sends an SMS with the locker access code when the parcel is delivered.

6) Customer responsibilities

  • Please ensure your phone number and email are correct to receive notifications.
  • If delivery fails due to incorrect details, additional costs may apply.
